What is this?

In my refrugium I have thin white squiggly lines on the glass. When I look closely at them the appear to be 2 lines close together they are a inch or two in length and no regular shape every one is different. In my refrugium I have narcissus snails, pods and bristle worms. Can this be egg strings from one of them?

I think the odds are in favor of snail eggs, a pic would make for an educated guess!
