I did some searching at it appears that the best of the best of the Red Tailed Golden Arrowana can fetch up to $10,000 by themselves. This site has some information on them.

Furthermore, it appears that RTG sold from legitimate dealers are tagged, as the fish falls under CITES. I will admit they are nice looking fish, but even assuming that his fish is the best of the best, and legit (Wich I figure is a signficant portion of the high end prices), his price is still very high. Considering that he didn't advertise that the fish is chipped, and seemed like he was cautious about talking about the fish in the comments section, I wonder. :scratch:
