28 gallon tank for sale..

My parents, recently found a 28 gallon tank in my basement yesterday. I guess, they never got around to setting it up. I am asking for 50$ or resonable offer, dont be afraid to make an offer... Thanks. Looking for Neon Green GSP to trade for..
Using the following input parameters

Tank Length = 12 inches
Tank Width = 30 inches
Tank Height = 18 inches

Tank volume is calculated as

Tank Volume = 28.1 Gallons

They will take pics..and post them by tommrow.
