Ive had an anemone(sea light in japanese). When I got it, it was white with blue tips. Since then, for the last few months, it turned from white to a yellowish color, and now a few tips are turning brown. Is it dying? Sorry, no camera no pic.
It sounds like it is getting healthy..regaining it's zooanxthallae...{sp}...anemones that are white are bleached,often by handling,stress from shipment,etc.Congrats!And,Welcome to reefs.org
Thank you. I noticed that the place I bought it from regularly kills them, so I figured mine was unhealthy. Also, great site. Its really hard to find answers here in Japan.
