Attaching softies to plugs/discs

So im in the process of transfering my BC29 to my 90 and I have a bunch of corals that have decided to grow all over. My Kenya tree always lost branches and they grew out of where ever they landed. Same with some mushrooms and pallys. My question is, whats the best way to attach them to plugs, discs, or rubble rock?

Get a plastic container with some rubble rock. Keep it in a place in your tank where will be a minimal water flow. Now put your frags in the container and let them attach naturally.
Within a week or so they should be attached to a rubble rock,
Now you can glue them into frag plugs or rock
