I had run out of both my Alk and Cal test kits. So it had been about a month I had tested them.

I finally got my test kits this weekend.

Results.

Cal 340 ppm
Alk 120 ppm or 6.7 dKH or 2.4 meq/L.

I added some calcium to my top off water and some reef builder (not much and yes seperatly at a later time)

Cal 420 ppm
Alk 130 ppm or 7.2 dKH or 2.6 meq/L.

I have mainly SPS and my growth has certainly slowed recently. I was just wondering what levels should I try to maintain for each.

My goal previously was Cal 400 - 420 Alk 120 - 130.

I've noticed that many SPS tanks seem to have Alk around 200ppm, 11.2 dKH, 4 meq/L. Should I try and bring that up.

Thanks

Your previous target values should work just fine. They work for me. But brining up the alk to 10+ dKH would probably help spur on growth. If your corals were growing fine before (when you were testing regularly), I'd probably stick with those values. Drastic changes often do more harm then good IME.
