can someone tell me how to view the Rotifer birth?

I can get to the site just fine. It loads and tells me when it is at 100%. I click twice slowly on the "play" button: and I can tell it starts to run the clip because that knob moves from left to right. I don't see any picture.
I am using Windows 98.

It works fine for me. Are you using IE or Netscape and what version?

I'm on Win98 and I normally use Netscape 4.75 and I think it uses the QuickTime plug in.

I tried with IE 5.1 which used the Windows MediaPlayer and that also worked although the controls made the image smaller.

What resolution is your screen and how many colours does it display?

Maybe you could try downloading the AVI file and then play it with MediaPlayer - that worked for me.
