Pat I can’t see the pic or video. What’s the problem? I’ve been using their flakes and pellets for years. I also used their frozen until LRS became available in my area.

It seems like some bugs or flies got into it. Consider most fish food has some type of plant material in it this can happen to any open container.
Usually these containers are sealed, so nothing can get into it until it's open and I would think when they seal it there would be a lack of air in it, which probably would kill any bug in it, though maybe eggs could survive.

Ok ..thanks. Yea that can occur during processing. I have dogs and milk bones had the same issue. When they reached a certain temperature the eggs hatched and filled with bugs.
