Specific gravity

Wanting to be sure about measuring my Specific gravity. I have two Hydrometers one purchased about 1 1/2 ago and the other 2 weeks ago. Both read my SG to be about 1.025. Should I be confident that with both reading 1.025 that this is my true reading.
Also the floating hydrometer this reads about 1.020. For this reason a little worried about what my true reading is. I suspect that the floating hydrometer is off.

If you have two swing arm hydrometers that are reading the same you most likely are within acceptable limits..

the floating type usually reads low because of the temperature it is calibrated for, i would assume the two swing arms are more correct. i recommend getting a refractometer someday, it will elimate all doubt.
