In Chester NJ. There is a pet store called Adam's pet safari. I seen Neon green carpet anemone. I think it was 80 dollars-ish.

Fish Tank, which is located on RT 46 in Saddle Brook, NJ had a few neon green carpets. Absolutely Fish in Clifton, NJ also had a few of them last week when I was there.
