Equipment 10 or 15 Gallon glass top, filter and lights

My 10 year old daughter has the aquarium bug. She got her mom to take her to Petco and got a tank and gravel. Now we need the filter, inexpensive LED lights good enough to keep plants alive, a glass top and a heater. Anyone here have this stuff cheap or in their junk pile?
