OK I was considering dosing Vodka but I think a denitrifier is the way to go.
I have between the DT and sump about 500 gallons of water.
I'm going to do it myself coil denitrifier I'm open to suggestions
I was considering doing 1- 8" X 24 out of Gray PVC with 3/8 tube or should I do
3 -4" X18 with 1/4 tube I figure I can feed all 3 with a 1250 Ehiem Hobby pump
any thoughts?
right now after i added the Anthias and the 2 X a day feeding my phospahates are .03 PPM and my Nitrates are under .25 PPM ( lamotte test kit)
but I'm still getting some brown algae and green stuff on glass
