I am faced with a decision, and I already have an answer unless I hear other wise.

This Tuesday will be 3 weeks since my new tank was set up. Yesterday I did a 25 gallon water change on the 125. Amonia trite and trate are all zero. Calcium is around 450. SG is 1.025 - 1.026.

Problem is old tank must come down by wednesday, and I need to decide what to do with my corals.

Option #1 - Take back to LFS, and get crab for credit, and by new later.

Option #2 - Add them to the new tank.

Last night I added 1 stalk of xenia to see what happens. As of this morning still ok.

My other corals are a galaxia, green star, nice piece of xenia(IMO), and a few green hairy mushrooms. I also have a clam if that counts.

So there it is, my little dilema. What would you do if it was you??? :?

I'd go ahead and put the corals in your new tank.

I have been testing everyday since set up. The trate was holding at 5 -10, and after the water change yesterday it is zero. Perhaps I can add 1 piece each day until wednesday morning.

Anybody else?
