B bleedingthought Advanced Reefer Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Oct 15, 2006 #3 I have 4 VHO tubes over my reef. I'm currently doing 2 50/50s (12K) and 2 actnics. Just a tad too blue for me. I was doing 4 50/50s before and that was too white. I'd either stick with what I have or do 3 50/50s and 1 actinic.

H hogan Advanced Reefer Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Oct 15, 2006 #4 I was thinking of 1 Actinic blue 1 50/50 and 2 whites Do the actinic go bad (loose the right spectrum) like the whites or are they just for color.
