Why are you selling the tank?

I could not fit anything bigger than that to my basement stairs. I refinish my basement but town inspector want me to put egras Windows for safety. Since I am opening up some walls I can fit bigger tank.

No water. tank still in the box. Did get it 2 weeks ago
