CBB's should go into established reef tanks only.
they will eat small feather dusters, and possibly pick at clams.
so reef safe is a relative term with them.

well, it just depends what you don't mind missing from your reef

I have one, I'd rather it eat all the feather dusters and control the aptasia

I've never seen it look twice at my clams either. it's a gamble I guess.
still they should go into well established tanks.

He's safe in my 125 LPS / soft coral tank. I don't think I trust them with a clam or coco worms, etc...
