Sources for Eric's book

Hi, all,
Just wanted to pass along sources for Eric's book. I just received mine today, having ordered from northcoastmarines.

Oh, yeah, both of the following have the book in stock now (per my check yesterday).

I understand Jeff's exotic fish, http://www.exoticfish.com, is selling the hardback version for $29.95 (that's right $29.95)!

Another source is http://www.northcoastmarines.com, soft cover for for $35.99 (still a good price, but not as good as Jeff's).

I received mine Friday from Champion Lighting. It was in stock and sent to me quickly.

Shoot...Eric's book still has not come in for me. My LFS ordered it for me and it's on a slow boat. Looks like another week. Any chance, James and Eric that the material listed for this week will be made available as a PDF file?

I am in the same (slow) boat as Alice. I ordered mine from a bookshop here in Oz and they can't tell me when it will arrive. I don't want to order it from the US as a) the exchange rate is very bad at the moment and b) it would cost me more then the book price to have it shipped in under 6 weeks.

Is there any chance we can have some more scans done?
