oh ok i just needed it to drain my tanks lol when am cleaning them ( i only have fresh water tanks, and i only have flowerhorns)

i looked up the the stats on both pumps
genx Max Flow: 1140gph; 11.3 PSI Max Head: 26.2ft; Power Consumption: 170W @110V
mag1800: max flow: 1800gph; max head: 21ft; Power Consumption: 145W @115V 1.5Amps

erm :( anyways lolz i cant decide which one is better they same to even out except on the Wattage...
I dont know which is better for draining tanks but either of those are way better than what i currently use lol
